1. Product Introduce
This transfer cart is a transport equipment that runs on the rail through the busbar power supply. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, steel metallurgy, warehousing and logistics, automobile manufacturing and other industries. The equipment is suitable for long-distance and heavy-load transportation, and has the characteristics of stable power supply and smooth operation.
- The power supply process is as follows:
- The busbar is fixed on one side of the rail and connected to the transformer.
- The collector is installed on the electric flat car, contacts the busbar and obtains electricity.
- The electric energy drives the motor and drives the wheels to run along the rail.
- Use the remote control or handle for speed adjustment, direction control, start and stop management and other operations.
- Main features:
Continuous power supply: no need to charge, suitable for long-term and high-frequency operation.
Suitable for long-distance transportation: Compared with the battery power supply method, the busbar can support long-distance transportation
