The cable powered transfer trolley on rails uses 380v ac power supply. in order to prevent the cable from being damaged when it is stressed, the hysteresis coupling type is generally used, which can automatedly release when it is tight. in general, this kind of electric flat car is widely used in brick factory, kiln factory, refractory factory, ceramic factory, and all kinds of large, medium and small mechanical processing plants. in order to make the electric flat car more stable and safe, the ground step-down transformer is generally used to control the voltage, so as to ensure the stability and safety of operation. in order not to hinder the transportation, the cable reel of the electric flat car is generally special, which is not only high in safety, but also good in heat resistance. the combination of these equipment has become the most advanced electric flat car, which can transport 1-500 tons of goods in various working environments. for the transfer trolley powered by kpd cable reel, the operation mode is generally through the main motor direct power supply and traction to realize the operation of the flat car. for the disadvantage of short running distance, the improved kpz electric flat car can completely solve this problem. through the on-board rectifier device, the single-phase on the track can be changed into three-phase, and the aging phenomenon can be eliminated, even in the case of under voltage, it can work well.
Safety Device:
1. buffer device
rubber buffer device is installed on the cart in case the cart collides with another vehicle. body damage is avoided.
2. warning lamp
led sound and light warning lamp is installed in case people approximate the running cart unconsciously.
3.emergency stop function: induction device is installed so that the cart can stop emergently when detecting obstacles such as persons, things and walls. in this way, accident is avoided.
4.safety of electrical parts: emergency stop button, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection.
